1. Agreement to Terms

2. Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You may register using third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In. You agree to keep your password (if applicable) and account information confidential and constitute that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions and Fees: We may offer paid services, such as recurring subscriptions or one-time consultation fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party providers including, but not limited to, Stripe, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party payment processors. Palantrix LLC does not store your full credit card information.

Refunds: Unless otherwise required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

4. User Generated Content & Wardrobe Uploads

The Site allows you to upload photographs of your wardrobe ("User Content"), write notes, and interact with stylists. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to these images or have the necessary licenses. You grant Palantrix LLC and our affiliated stylists a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, view, copy, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing styling services to you.

5. Styling Services and Recommendations

Our services include connecting you with stylists who provide outfit recommendations, visual collages ("outfits as images"), and shopping links based on your User Content. These recommendations are subjective and based on the stylist's professional opinion. We do not guarantee that you will be satisfied with every recommendation or that items suggested will fit or meet your specific expectations.

6. Third-Party Links and Products

Stylists may provide links to third-party websites for purchasing clothing or accessories. Palantrix LLC does not vet, control, or endorse these third-party websites or products. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, quality, or delivery of any products purchased through these links. Any transaction is solely between you and the third-party vendor.

7. Analytics

We use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, to collect information about the usage of this Site. These tools collect information such as how often users visit this Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. We use the information we get from these tools only to improve this Site.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR STYLISTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON STYLIST RECOMMENDATIONS OR ISSUES ARISING FROM PAYMENT PROCESSING, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT PALANTRIX LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO SUE OR BRING ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PALANTRIX LLC, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Palantrix LLC is registered. Palantrix LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
